BRI 3.10 KINGSWINFORD F/C 7/4F, PRICE TAKEN 6/5, SP – UPL

Got in a battle for the lead and swallowed up final furlong finishing fifth.

BRI 4.10 DANCE FOR GEORGIE F/C 13/8F, PRICE TAKEN 2/1, SP 9/4F – WON

Made all and ridden out to win readily.

MUS 4.30 PARTNER F/C 7/4F, PRICE TAKEN 7/4, SP 11/10F – WON

Settled mid division, ridden to lead at the furlong post and held on well from the second fav.

NKT 5.40 OASIS CANNES F/C 11/8F, PRICE TAKEN 7/4, SP 13/8F – WON

Broke smartly, made all, 2 or 3 lengths clear halfway but closed down on the run  in by Marakaht who went
a short head in front. Ours rallied gamely close home though to win by a short head. Pair pulled a good 6
lengths clear.

NKT 6.10 OUZINKE F/C 7/4F, PRICE TAKEN 13/8, SP 2/1F – 2ND

Broke well, led and a little keen early on. Given a bit of cover on the outside and brought out to challenge
2 out. Couldn’t go the pace of the front two though and finished around 4 lengths third. Just not good enough.

HAY 7.25 TICKLE TIME F/C 11/4 2F, PRICE TAKEN 11/4, SP 11/4 2F- WON

Broke well, prominent, nosed ahead halfway and,  despite being  challenged on all sides, battled on most
gamely to prevail by half a length.

NKT 7.50 COUP DE VILLE 10/11F, PRICE TAKEN 4/5, SP 10/11F – WON

Tracked leader in second, hard ridden to lead final furlong and held on well, (second eased near line), to win
by a length.

CONCLUSION

Although all today’s winners could follow up, the one that impressed me most was Sir  Mark Prescott’s
PARTNER who showed the   customary fitness of a horse from that yard and the grittiness to come back from
losing the lead.

5 winners from 8 runners at BOG prices of 9/4, 7/4, 7/4, 11/4 & 10/11 returned 14.41 points, a 6.41 pts
profit on the day.
